I've been a member for over a dozen years. These are files that were downloaded months ago and show as seeding in my client. The error is in what the site is showing.

If this has already happened, let me know and I can look more into this for you.

partial seeding [selected files only] ... and seeding 100% completion [all parts downloaded] ...

you are considered leeching as part of partial seed ...
To free slot stop and remove the leeching torrent, exit and re-start your client ... This will clear the process,
if not wait for several hrs. until the tracker from the system updates and disappear ...
