<![CDATA[One more DMCA point...]]>I have thousands of gay porn titles seeding on my cumputer. They have never been an issue with my ISP. However, If I download or seed any mainstream movie, music, video game or software without having my VPN on, I get a nasty email from my ISP telling me to stop it, and they name the files in question.
A few days ago, I got hit with my 3rd strike for the crappy Haunted Mansion movie from Disney. Their DMCA nazi told me my account was not officially terminated permanently and there was no way to get it back. Four hours after my permanent ban, I called the customer service of my ISP and they re-activated my account / turned it back on. DMCA does not cover porn.
