It does the same with a lot of drugs.

Somehow it prevents the liver from removing it like normal.

While it is true that having an erection for 4 hours is NOT a good thing. Having an erection for 30 minutes is good.

Grapefruit has some chemical that is known to cause problems with meds.

Drinking grapefruit juice DOES cause Cialis to produce a faster and longer erection. How awful! I will never drink grapefruit juice again! (until the next time I take a Cialis pill)
