<![CDATA[Support with 4k monitor refresh rate issue]]>A few months ago I bought a high-end PC and a 4k monitor. In the monitor settings I have the option to change the response time (standard, faster, fastest). However, when I select either faster or fastest there's a much visible smearing or ghosting e.g. when scrolling. Only when I select the standard response time, there isn't visible ghosting.

Does my PC build not support higher refresh rate? what am I missing?
