Guy is at home... and as I recall, has unusually prominent teeth. His brother (stepbrother?) unexpectedly has shown up on leave from the military. The father is out shopping. The two brother's hug enthusiastically, then kiss... and that leads to them fucking each other's brains out.

I remembered the horse sized teeth on Mike Stone, the unseen daddy out at the store, and the guy coming home on a surprise visit from the military.

I wish more movies had some sort of premise to them instead of guys just jumping into bed and screwing.
