I don't want it to contribute to my download limit and do not want the rest of the folder.</p>
<p dir="auto">I also get a message from the tracker about bad ratio, but I don't have 15 concurrent downloads - even with incomplete torrents.</p>

It is only when you have downloaded 100% of ALL the files that the torrents will show up as complete and seeding.</p>
