In other words, the error is exactly as it sounds.... It is already on the site somewhere.

If you uploaded the torrent and is not present @ your profile ...
delete the torrent created by QTM and start all over to replace torrent hash ...
The hash is a digital fingerprint in the form of a string of alphanumeric characters
(typically hexadecimal) in the . torrent file that the client uses
to verify the data that is being transferred.

About QTM has a well known issues for quite sometime [outdated], reported by many users ...
Your best option is to use your preferred client ...
