the pics normally go through without moderator approval. If you edit the post later to add (more) pics, those will require approval. Approval requires a moderator, so it can take some time.

Upload only BIG Pictures in GOOD quality!
(many file types supported like .bmp .psd .jpg .tif etc.
Uploaded Files will be automatically resized by the System.)

Under 10 pictures, Add Screenshots and Covers
to make some extra SeedPoints is showing ...

You can add a maximum of 20 more pictures ...
Now this pictures will become publicly visible once approved by a moderator ...

In your case it is possible that the pictures are in question or someone already added waiting to be approve ...
You can edit your post and see if youcan add more ...[6 days option] ...
