If the name "Obama" or "Biden" were in that headline, do you think we'd be having a different discussion right now? Further, if any Democrat involved in any alleged illegality that Trump is facing or has faced. Do you think the discussion would be any different?

I do not hate conservatives. Honest conservatives and liberals with integrity are vital to the health of any true democracy. But this current cancer in the GOP that worships anything Trump and demonizes liberals is inexcusable and un-American. It literally makes me sick to my stomach to watch what he and his disciples have done to the country. I truly believe the damage could be irreparable for a long time.

Being found liable for something and being found guilty of something are two very different things. In the civil courts, the standard of proof required to prove liability is far lower than the standard of proof needed to convict on a criminal indictment. So no... Liable does not necessarily mean guilty.
