"Why Martin Luther King Was Republican"

@blablarg18 I apologize if you felt I was personally attacking you. I wasn't. That said, I do believe that you show no critical thinking skills whatsoever when you "support" your agenda with cherry-picked anecdotes, many of which are fatuous and most of which are hyperbolic, and emotionally-charged approaching the ludicrous. You seem also to be unable to understand that time is linear. You definitely would not me to be on your thesis committee.
-
@raphjd How you decide to see the world is your business. I just find it interesting as I've been working and living internationally most of my life, and in my experience the more educated and well-travelled a person is, the more progressive, tolerant and open-minded they are. You seem to be an anomaly. You are so certain that you can pigeon-hole people (erroneously by the way in my case), that I can't see how you can think that will lead you to factual judgement calls. But like I said, whatever gets you through the night. It doesn't matter anyway. These conversations we are having in this wee corner of cyberspace are not solving anything. They are a complete waste of time.

LOL, you people make me laugh.
I point to specific things that you people do, but I'm the bad guy.
-
@jaroonn Pathetic. Typical lib gaslighting & malice. Just pathetic.
It's no skin off my nose. I'm laughing.
You BLATANTLY attacked me on the "you" or "your" level (& again, were first to do so - I hadn't yet, and might never have).
Then you say in essence or in so many words, "I'm sorry you noticed & I would hurt you if I could, for example if I were on your thesis committee" proving you're not sorry. Invalidating your own fake-non-apology.

I never said anything about how bad the law was. I pointed out how bad you liberals said the law is
LoL, isn't that just the same thing? ..."pointing out" liberal talking points, and "highlighting" bidens involvement in them?
And why would you be "pointing out" liberal talking points? Why would you waste your time repeating liberal media news? There's got to be a reason in there somewhere. Do tell
-
You people said how racist the law is.
Clearly, Democrats promoted the law in the most racist way possible.
You worship the racist Democrats.
Trump got rid a large chunks of the racist law that you people hated and you get butt hurt at Trump.
It shows how fucked in the head you people are.
It's blatantly obvious, from liberals' won mouths that you guys are racists.

According to the Republicans, the law was supposed to let everyone out of prison. Did you see the dancing ballerina inmates in that video? Now is that what you meant by "racist promotion?" But that came from the GOP....
Trump got rid a large chunks of the racist law that you people hated and you get butt hurt at Trump.
How again did he get rid of that law? how did he do that exactly? Was it an executive order? was it new legislation? Do tell
-
Clearly, you are a troll.
We have gone over the words used by the Democrats to describe black people when promoting the law. I'm not going to play your bullshit games.
Even Kamala talked about how racist their promotion of the crime bill was when she ran in 2020.
Corry Booker also talked about how racist it is.

@raphjd
Do you actually know the story of how that new law passed? Cuz it wasn't Trump on his own...Knowing there'd be a conservative backlash against prison reform, Jared Kushner (who thought up the initial idea for the legislation itself) had brought four Republican senators to the oval office one day to convince Trump to endorse the legislation. They walked Trump through the main elements of the legislation, and he seemed on board.
As the group walked out of the oval office, senator Mike Lee of Utah gave kushner a hug.
"so we got it" he said excitedly. Kushner knew better.
"No no no, that's a soft yes." Kushner said.
"What do you mean?" Lee replied.
"So right now what I have to do is bring in people who hate the policy that we're trying to do, because if we think it's a yes, he'll change his mind when Tom Cotton's on Tucker Carlson basically explaining how we're letting rapists and murderers out."
Kushner's approach worked and Trump became a firmer yes, but then he needed to persuade Mitch McConnell, who agreed to schedule a vote only if Kushner and his allies came up with 60 votes beforehand to make it filibuster proof. Then McConnell raised his demand to 80 votes.
Only through the help of liberals like Van Jones, the activist and CNN pundit, was Kushner and Mike Pence able to secure the votes needed to pass the legislation.
So when you say we have Trump to thank for that, think again.
-
And what did your god, St Obama of Racial Division do about the racist law?!
CNN, a bunch of proven liars, is your source? You are a joke.
-
You are a clown.
When Creepy Uncle Joe or St Obama had legislation passed, you give them all the credit, but when Trump gets legislation passed, you refuse to give him any of the credit.
How very typical of you scumbag liberals.
Now go molest some babies in the guise of "breast feeding".
