I am using Windows and ExpressVPN.I have no problem doing torrents but a month ago suddenly I can't get filesmonster files anymore.When I wait the 30 seconds a sign comes up saying my IP
address and has changed I need to try again. And I do and always get the same sign coming up. I suspect maybe Windows did an update
and changed something. Any ideas of what that might be or why this has been happening recently
