Since it's a law firm, versus the studio, that sends these out, some websites (and particularly the web-hosts or the webmasters) have some responses set to automatically comply when these are received - so there's no real review or verification process involved.

As you noted, what searchable terms are used is one thing that prompts these trigger words for law firms.

What did you post the title as? Did you include the studio name? I know that studio is one of the more aggressive ones when it comes to DMCA.
