I don't know if I'd describe it as painful or just uncomfortable when they first try to get into you, but it just feels different to anything else once it's in. Sadly, so far its just been a case of putting it in, twisting a few times and then pulling out, whereas I'd quite like to get to the point where they can go in and out repeatedly.
