What you need to do instead is change your password.

You are lucky you're unnable to "confirm" your email as that would literally mean passing your whole account to someone else, whoever is sending those requests.

In the past 2 days, I've received the email shown below 9 times. Earlier today, I got the email 5 times in 5 minutes. I didn't ask to change or confirm my email. When I try to confirm my email address, I get the same error message you've been getting, and it seems to trigger a new email.
