I'm not addicted to any drugs on their own and I don't watch porn when I'm sober, but for some reason am having a hard time kicking the combo of the two. anyone went through this habit, successfully kicked, it and have any advice?

I've said I was gonna quit this habit so many times, and I do seemingly make progess but its always 1 step forwards 2 steps back.

I can't even go to chemsex parties anymore cus I know I'm just gonna end up watching porn in the corner even if the men at the party are begging for my attention. (yeah im quite cute, but its a total waste now that i have no real sexual desire anymore for real life encounters, when compared to the insane dopamine rush of watching porn on dopaminergic drugs that calls to me like im a dog on a leash.

any helpful advice, anecdotes, scientific facts would be appreciated!
