<![CDATA["You do not have upload privileges here"]]>I was trying to upload a torrent and it seems I'm unable to. Just says "Sorry... You do not have upload privileges here."

Is there something I might be doing wrong? I double checked that I did all required fields. Maybe due to my account being inactive for years until recently?
