What policies?

The policies the left love are equity, not equality.

Equity is liberal code for discrimination based on skin color, gender, etc, etc, etc. It reminds me of the Apple CEO saying he wants everyone to work 1 day in the office and employees screech that it's racist and sexist because only white men will be in the office.

@raphjd Imagine if you also got outraged at the inequitable policies that led to 23% of last year's layoffs (layoffs, not for-cause firings) being minority employees, despite minorities only making up 18% of the school's workforce.
