One possibility is that the files you have created the torrent from is not in the place where all your initial completed download files goes.

and depends how long it takes your client to scan the content ...
depending on torrent size ...
make sure to download the torrent you posted [not the torrent created by your client] ...
and stay from your distribution until 3 - 5 seeder completed your post ...
