I checked your account and there is no reason (punishment or restriction) for you not to be able to download.

  1. if your ratio falls below minimum you need to fix [however Freeleech is optional] ...
  2. non-seeder or dead torrent [ask for re-seed] ...
  3. do a force-start/start if you have multiple queued
    or stop and remove the torrent and re-download here ...
    Port Forward:
  4. on your client/Toolbar: click on Options/Setup Guide
    select your nearest location and do a Run tests ...
  5. on your client/Toolbar: click on Preferences/Connection -
    select range from ...
    [6681-6889] default or select Random port ...
