I can't see how an uploader could overlook this, even if he only performed a five-second review of the list / path.

I always check a torrent's file list before going forward, because on occasion an uploader might miss one or two dupes. That's entirely understandable.

YOUR example is very naughty, indeed -- hope they receive a points penalty, a time-out, or a good old-fashioned spanking (uploaded as a clip, of course). 😇
