<![CDATA[Site down at the top of every hour]]>Does anyone know what's with the site being down at the top of every hour? Starts almost exactly at the hour mark, usually it is down less than a minute. Does the site use some component that needs to be bounced that often to work well?

Asking more because I'm curious than anything since of course it can be worked around.
