I follow the manga more than the anime, but even in the manga, the dragging is barely tolerable. The main plot is now basically on the background, and the story is just one neverending and self-repetitive battle and power upgrade after the other. Why!?!?!

Im up to date essentially (up to ep 1000). Sometimes it can be a drainer with constant filler arcs and barely any progress in an episode, but overall its a pretty great anime.

But I was not meaning the sexual aspect of OP protagonists, but being fan of the story, characters, plot, etc, in short, of the manga!
I started reading it as soon as I could, and was a great fan, but I shall say that recent changes in narrative (I won't spoiler anything) made me lose passion for it...
