But the more you seed the more your ratio goes up.

As for me, I think is good to keep seeding as long as you can. I only remove mine if I need space, or utorrent decides to not find them anymore. I also don't see why the rush to stop seeding files that you like. Remember, the more people seeding the better, that's the whole P2P system.

You continue to seed torrents to maintain your ratio.

I think you have experience with other sites (like IPTorrents - where you must continue seeding for 2-weeks subsequent to completing the download)

This site hasn't done that (at least not since I joined in '08)... you just have to maintain ratio! However you do that is up to you!

You may stop seeding [your/other] torrent if there are @ least 3-5 seeders or more ...
or If you no longer wish to seed, anytime you want ...
There are others who open their torrent all the time to keep track of their ratio is all ...

You can seed your torrent as long as there are peers connected
[to improve ratio] ...
You may stop seeding if there are @ least 3-5 seeders ...
However you can continue and if someone ask for re-seed ...
