Upload your content one time if it's the same file/size. Doing it multiple times adds to the work of our volunteers, who will delete the copies and possibly put you on Warning or worse.

And @minhnguyen, why do you need to post a third-party Telegraph link if you have a file to share with the community? Understand, this is not a trading site.
