I posted this issue in the Ratio forum yesterday and Kalayaan replied and asked me if I had a VPN. I do, and the problem seemed to have resolved itself, but now it's back. With or without the VPN, almost everything sticks on "Finding Peers." (And the seeding torrents are "Queued seed.") It has done this in the past, but a restart of BitTorrent usually fixes it. Now I'm getting "Bad Ratio: Ratio:1.316 (Too many torrents. Your current limit is 15 at the same time. To fix you could (donate.)" This was the same issue I had yesterday. Is there a permanent solution to this problem? (As mentioned above, disconnecting from the VPN didn't help.)

Transfer Cap-reset history, then terminate all the torrent running and exit and reboot your PC ... Try to login w/o your client running and see if the download and upload is cleared 0/0 from the system from your profile . At least that's what shows in the torrent summary. (Downloading-2, Seeding-897, Completed-1147, Active-0, Inactive-1149.) Both of the downloading torrents are stuck on "Finding Peers" and have that same error message. And many of the seeding torrents that are stuck on "Queued Seed" have the message "Scrape not supported." (At one time ALL of them were like this.) So I'm not clear what you're suggesting I do with respect to terminating other downloads.

This will appear if you exceed 12 torrent including incomplete partial/download and Freeleech. Seeding torrent is excluded, However do not exceed 12 torrents while downloading.
To avoid this issue stop other torrent that are not downloading and if possible terminate other download not to exceed 12. Once your download are finish then you can start others again not to exceed 12 torrent download ... Also your VPN has nothing to do w/ this... Wait 1 hour until all your inactive download/upload will be cleared from the system from your profile.
