<![CDATA[Files from different torrent but same folder and same name get overwritten?]]>Let's say the first torrent has a folder named A. and a picture is png named 2A and it's a dog. then I download second torrent and it has the same folder named A. and a picture png named 2A but it's a bear. Do they overwritte? or what happens?

Your client will allocate them - means distribute (resources or duties) for a particular purpose. and scan-check the ff content if it match. The rest will be overwritten if it is different from the rest ... [Into same directory] ...
