Al replicar sobre el asunto el moderador me aplico el castigo.

Me da la sensacion de que el castigo fue por contestarle al moderador y no por "infringir las normas".

ESO ES ASI? SI SOY MODERADOR, Y NO ME CAE UN USUARIO, LE PUEDO APLICAR EL CASTIGO SIN MAS???

Necesito un argumento valido porque ya no me siento tan seguro aqui despues de ese incidente...
