Everytime I attempt to upload a torrent on QTM, this error pops up on uTorrent so I can't seed the file. I tried uninstalling multiple times but to no avail.

Hope someone helps.

I believe you are not creating a valid .torrent file in the first step in the process... you'll have to look at your client program to debug that step...
