It was batman gay fiction.

Things that I remember

  1. Batman got micropenis
  2. Batman was kidnapped(or tricked) and humiliated by villain.
  3. Villain took photo of naked bruce wayne(pee all over)

I've searched and searched but I couldn't find anywhere.
