Google turns up torrents on this site. I don't know if Google has complete scraping, but if it's a substantial portion that would easily enable automated DMCA notices, without even building your own scraping bot.

No, they're not banned - but the owner DMCA's them rather quickly (I've posted a few, but they never stay up long).

Just a reminder to all: This is a CLOSED, PRIVATE tracker... when a post gets DMCA'd, it's almost always due to a user (registered user) "turning it in"...

IMHO, if you're worried about DMCA laws, why are you even here?
