<p dir="auto">In a 6-3 decision, the court ruled that the government, at any level, can <strong>not</strong> require "compelled disclosure" because it burdens the 1st Amendment.</p>
<p dir="auto">Part of the ruling was that California violated its own confidentiality laws when it published over 1,800 of these disclosures.   SCOTUS took the view that this was clearly targeted punishment against people who donated to non-profits the state didn't like, as it was they did not publish all of the disclosures for all non-profits.</p>

<p dir="auto">Kamala wanted to make this US law, but the SCOTUS bitch slapped that away.</p>
<p dir="auto">Maybe if she and California didn't use these disclosures for political purposes, the SCOTUS would have sided with her.</p>
<p dir="auto">Another example of Kamala violating laws she swore to uphold and enforce.</p>
