<![CDATA[Clown World - Portland OR tourism ad]]>The city of Portland OR took out a full-page ad, in the New York Times.

They have also made some videos promoting the city, including;

ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN, WE LIKE IT THAT WAY.

It's strange that no only would they be trying to get people to visit the war-torn city, but they would laugh about it being a war-torn city in the newspaper ad and various video ads.
