1- You download the 'broken' torrent (yes, I know, bear with me...)<br />
2- Copy the actual file to where the torrent would have downloaded the file/s.<br />
3- Depending on your client you need to 'recalculate/recheck' and since you have the file it should go to 100% and start seeding automatically.</p>
