<p dir="auto">I'm not a fan of back and shoulder hair, despite my husband looking like he's wearing a ginger fur coat.</p>
<p dir="auto">As for shaving or not, I say NO.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you want to have a clean look, then use a hair remover cream if you can. Do a safety test before going crazy.</p>
<p dir="auto">Shaving will cause in-grown hairs and skin irritation.  You will need to use a new blade and may have to change blades depending on how much and how course the hair is.</p>
