<![CDATA[a torrent with dead "Request reseed"]]>Just curious, what would be some likely reasons for this dumb little torrent to have a dead "Request reseed" button?

I know what a dead torrent is (no seeders). I'm saying, after you Download this one's torrent, you go to its "Request reseed" button and that button is strangely gray/inactive. Why?

The uploader never seeded the torrent in question hence no member had been able to snatched it, that is why the request reseed button is not functioning
