I agree that age doesn't have a lot to do with it, within reason. Ian Levine, for example, is one of my favourite twinks and he has to be at least 26 at this point as he mentions on his twitter profile that he's been doing porn for 8 years.

Excellent question.

MY PERSONAL definition of a twink is a lithe (skinny), smooth body, likely a little smaller than average, and often moderately to more effeminate.

MY PERSONAL definition doesn't include age...

I actually don't think it is a question of age per se. Some people stay young and skinny looking well into their 20s.
As a matter of fact, some of the famous twink pornstars are in their mid-20s.
I think Felix Maze said on Twitter just a few days ago he is 24 and there is no doubt he is a twink.
It is hard to stay twinkish when you get close to your 30s because even if your body stays slim, your features mature.
But I think one can be a twink well into your 20s.
