Work colleagues... I steer clear of that. In general, these would be guys in my own department, peers who I work alongside on projects, or who I work for, or who work for me.

I think some gay men act under the assumption that sneaky peeks are never noticed, but often enough, they are. In the worst-case work scenario, you don't need your name thrown around the company lunch room, and reaching your superiors, as the guy who pervs at the urinals.

IMHO, of course.

Being 198 cm (6'6") tall, I can make a sideways glance at a shorter guy's unit and not be noticed, and I've seen some interesting sights. But it has to be done very discreetly.

The gym is definitely the best place for a look, but at mine the showers/pool/locker rooms are still closed.

We have a saying in my country. It reads a bit different translated though.

It's better to have a monster as a neighbor than a thief/pervert. At least a monster will go to other towns to find victims.

One of our folkore monsters called aswang are known to be normal neighbors, they'll even defend you from other monsters. But they'll find victims in other towns.

What I'm trying to say is, don't make a mess in your own backyard.
