Every torrent i download from somebody else never upload, only when it's mine or is a freelench one. But keep him seeding anyway.

There you can see the status of peers if someone is leeching while you are downloading...

At the top > File option of your torrent [client] menu, there is a bar below, right click on that upper bar and check upload speed [There are many option to choice w/c ever you desired to show]
