Is it because the computers internal NIC(Network Interface Card) can't handle data coming in and out at the same time? If that's the reason, do anyone know of a fix for this? I already have the network card setting set to multiplex mode in the device manager settings too.</p>

<p dir="auto">Reducing amount of bandwidth download/upload speed as bc22 mentioned are also very helpful…<br />
This will reduce amount of CPU being used...</p>
<p dir="auto">Also clearing DNS cache is also important...<br />
example: DNS server overload in the case of a high number of visitors. Error messages like “DNS Server Not Responding” are a common and despised consequence.</p>

<p dir="auto">It can get sluggish if some bandwidth is not reserved for anything else like your regular browser, the television, other devices, visitors, etc.</p>
