One of their platforms is that anyone simply accused of a racial incident be put on a list and banned from having a job that deals with non-whites or potentially might deal with non-whites.   Likewise, they can not live in an area where non-whites live or may potentially live.

Of course, it only applies to whites since, under liberal dogma, only whites can be racist, and non-whites can only be victims of racism.
