<![CDATA[Movie ID with bicep-kissing scene]]>I caught a glimpse of a movie which had a lockerroom scene and one guy raises his arms and kisses his bicep.  I've been looking everywhere for this movie but I still can't find it.  Any ideas?  It seems to be just a teen movie, not gay-themed.  The hot guy seemed to be a bully.
