frage wenn ich zum beispiel mit 20kb/s downloade ist das ist das internet bei mir verdammt langsam so als wenn ich volle download beanspruche.
streaming vids anzuschauen ist dann schon quälerei.
aktuell download 11 kb/s upload 59kb/s  dsl speedtest messung dabei download 859kbps upload 385kbps
habe dsl 6000 download ohne utorrent immer so 5000 kbps
wo verschwindet mein download hin?

Du solltest dein Upload auf ca. 80% des maximalen Uploads einstellen also 40 KB/s, sonst verstopft dein Upload die Leitung für Rückmeldungen das Download-Pakete gut empfangen wurden, was dann denn Download behindert.
