First time i have ever uploaded a torrent and i appear to be having some issues. I was using qtorrent to try and seed but the upload speed stay at 0 and it would occasionally go up when a peer was connected but only at a few hundred B/s then immediately drop back down to 0. i had been using qtorrent for a while and had no issues seed other torrents. I used my older program bitcomet and it appears fine. Am i missing a setting or something? Help would be appreciated.
