I see that uploading and seeding gives points...what are those seeder points for and also whats the difference between having a good ratio and having a lot of points?

Also what is a freeleech? Is it a torrent that won't require points or something?

Good ratio is when you seed back as much as you download. Points on the other hand do not affect your ratio unless you buy upload credit with them.

Freeleech is a wonderful thing. When a torrent is freeleech, downloading it will not count towards your download total, thus it's free to leech.
