<![CDATA[I'm new..should I be using utorrent or qbitorrent? Are they safe?]]>Hi I'm very new I know I have to use either utorrent or qbittorrent…is there a difference and do either of them have any sort of malware? Also do I need to be using a VPN while I download torrents?

My ratio is currently 0.0...does this mean I have to upload something first before I download?
If I upload something, does it have to be a certain video file format....and does it have to be very popular for me to be able to download?

Also can someone help explain reseeding to me?
