<![CDATA[Suggestion]]>How difficult would it be to allow Non Power Users to be able to browse the Dvd section - but not to be able to actually download the dvd torrent ?

Just think it would be a good idea to be able to browse the dvd section to see if a dvd is already being seeded - and if not then we can torrent it etc…

Until then you can always PM a staff member and let us know what DVD torrent you intend to create and upload. Any of us would be happy to check for you.
