Not that I know of because how many people would pay just to watch twinks kiss?  I mean,  you could just place an ad asking for twinks to kiss for $25 each an hour while you watch and I'm sure you'd have plenty of applicants.  (Just make sure they're of legal age.)   You could have them do it in public so everyone feels safe:  in the park, at the beach, Walmart parking lot, etc.
