I also find that to be very frustrating, especially when a single, small or poorly-designed study is reported in the media as if some new scientific consensus has been reached. The reason I linked to that particular study is because it is a meta-analysis incorporating the results of multiple reliable studies and the authors used appropriate criteria in determining which research to include.
