As far as I am aware, the system is invite only. The affiliate link thing will not work.

oh - well there are some positive ID's occurring in discussions on invite forums - i think what is happening is that the new system here directs anyone who has an active account from a recognised IP who is checking out the sign-up link to a 'signups are closed' notice page. However, bonafide new signers who don't have an active account are being directed to an active registration page which does produce bonus awards for associated affiliate links used.

I think this in-built control in the system is to help hinder repeat signers creating multiple accounts easily.

So - as afar as  im aware - external discussions say your affiliate links are working again but under this new system. Also the sign-up link is located in different places depending on the GUI you are able to access with your device.

In the event that an invite goes wrong for some reason, the helpdesk is able to adjust your invites if you explain the situation and how it went wrong. Currently, only the referral registration is closed. Invites are live and functional.

For security reasons, we have temporarily closed all sign ups. This includes invites from a power user, and the referral link. We do not know when we will be able to restore these features.

I want to download files but I'm afraid to lose my invites… any way to make it so powerusers don't lose their invites?

Thanks for the confirmation :crazy2:- BUT -
is there any chance you could put up a message on members' affiliate invite link webpage during the duration the affiliate programme is suspended because members are still posting the links on other websites without realising that the programme is no longer operating as described and subsequently violating other link host-website rules.

I hope you choose to bring it back soon !!   :blownose: You just need to refine the bot which roots out a small minority of repeat multi-signers.

It doesn't seem to allow them to sign up for a free account, just a chance to enter a lottery to perhaps win a free account.  There is also a link to buy an account on that page.

Seems like it may have changed since you started posting your affiliate links.  No doubt the site is much more expensive to maintain now that there are so many members.  Maybe that is a way to increase income to pay for hosting and screen out new members who will download as much as possible without seeding, make demands for others to provide them with particular videos, and then whine on the forum about how it is impossible for anyone to maintain a good ratio so they won't use this site any longer.

Maybe when the site was smaller, more members were needed so sign-ups were open to all, but at this point, there is no reason to give out free accounts to anyone who wants one, especially since members can provided an unlimited number of invitations using their seed bonus points.

Try the Help Desk function to ask a mod about it because I have never used the affiliate links and what I am saying is just a combination of observation and conjecture.

I have my personal membership affiliation links posted on select gay website locations on the web but a recent user said using my personal link sent him to this page:

which now states invites are not open and referring them instead to an 'invite-lottery bot'

My understanding is:  Every user gets 4 free invitations to give out and more can be purchased with seed bonus points.  Members get a 250 seed point bonus if someone uses their referral link and buys a membership using bitcoin.  Alternatively, they could sign up for a free account.  I don't know if this information is correct, though.
