<![CDATA[Low upload speed]]>Hi guys,
I don't know if it's torrent specific but I obtain very low upload speeds for my latest upload.
Only one Dutch IP is connecting and it's using a very low amount of my ul bandwith (185.149.90.104).
I sometimes see other people trying to connect but they quickly disappear

I'm using qbittorrent v4.2.5

Is it me?

edit: people should be allowed to connect to me; both the windows fw and my router allow/forward the connection on the specified port
